About The Position

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS), founded in 2000, is a leading language and intelligence services company supporting a wide range of U.S. Federal agencies. ATS is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, which is uncommon within its business sector. ATS is consistently ranked as a top workplace among DC area firms and continues to grow. ATS is actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.

Requirements

• Possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
• Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
• Prior experience in supporting national security operations
• Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
• Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
• Strong analytic writing and editing skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully

• Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
• Experience supporting senior decision makers

Responsibilities

• Review specialized data for intelligence leads
• Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
• Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
• Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
