About The Position

Leidos has an immediate opening for a Targeting Database Manager supporting the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group (ISRG). In this critical role, you will serve as the primary authority for targeting-related databases—including the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and the Machine‑assisted Analytic Rapid‑repository System (MARS)—ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with Air Combat Command ISR mission requirements. As the 363 ISRG’s lead Targeting Database Manager, you will oversee, maintain, and optimize all targeting‑related databases that enable precision targeting, operational planning, and intelligence production. You will build and refine queries, coordinate with mission partners, and serve as the primary liaison to the MIDB and MARS Program Offices. Your work directly supports analysts, mission managers, and operational leadership across the Group and Wing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of ISR experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • Working knowledge of MIDB and MARS.
  • Targeting experience at the CCMD, AOC, JTF, or MAJCOM level.
  • Understanding of targeting doctrine outlined in CJCSI 3370 and CJCSI 3160.
  • Prior experience in unit‑level, AOC, C‑NAF, or MAJCOM targeting, SIGINT, or intelligence analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the 363 ISRG and familiarity with its mission.
  • Proficiency with the Joint Targeting Intelligence Modernization (JTIM) tool suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of MIDB/MARS query development and data‑retrieval techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira‑based tools such as Terminator, Krampus, or On Target.

Responsibilities

  • Provide MIDB/MARS data to 363 ISRG analysts for sampling and mission execution.
  • Deliver targeting data to the Directorate of Operations (DO) during contingency, crisis, and planning operations.
  • Fulfill ad‑hoc data requests from DO leadership.
  • De‑conflict targeting data with regionally aligned Mission Managers.
  • Coordinate with JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS) database managers to ensure consistency across repositories.
  • Serve as the MIDB/MARS functional manager and primary point of contact to both Program Offices.
  • Represent 363 ISRG at MIDB/MARS‑led targeting working groups, forums, and modernization efforts.
  • Manage analyst roles and permissions within JTT and NPW to support mission execution.
