The Targeted Life Skills (TLS) Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing life skills education and prevention services to youth ages 12–24 through individual and group-based interventions. The coordinator teaches evidence-based life skills designed to prevent alcohol misuse, tobacco and vaping use, substance use, violence, and other high-risk behaviors while promoting healthy decision-making, self-management, social skills, and critical thinking. This position requires a strong focus on community outreach and program development. Client referrals are not guaranteed. The Community Outreach Coordinator is expected to actively promote the program, establish community partnerships, and generate referrals through outreach efforts to maintain and grow an active caseload.
