About The Position

This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Targeting Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) (Cyber Architect 3) to provide advanced intelligence and targeting support to a major Cyber-focused organization. The TDNA will conduct in-depth analysis of adversary digital networks, communications, and cyber infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities, characterize targets, and enable operational planning. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence mission success in the cyber domain by integrating technical expertise with all-source intelligence.

Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in digital network analysis, target development, or intelligence support to cyber operations.
  • Familiarity with joint targeting doctrine, processes, and tools (e.g., Joint Targeting Toolbox, MIDB, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders and produce clear, actionable intelligence products.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments supporting dynamic mission requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in digital network analysis, target development, or intelligence support to cyber operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct digital network analysis to identify, characterize, and prioritize adversary cyber infrastructure, communications, and enabling technologies.
  • Develop target nominations, target system analyses, and intelligence products in support of cyber operations.
  • Fuse technical data with all-source intelligence to provide a comprehensive understanding of adversary networks and capabilities.
  • Provide analytic support to targeting strategy development, collateral effects estimation, and operational risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cyber operators, planners, and intelligence professionals to synchronize digital network targeting with broader operational objectives.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection requirements to improve target fidelity.
  • Produce white papers, briefings, and analytic assessments to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Participate in working groups and operational planning teams as a subject matter expert on digital network targeting.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of targeting SOPs, processes, and best practices.
