About The Position

Peraton’s Cyber Mission business unit delivers mission-critical SIGINT, cyber, and intelligence capabilities to some of the most sensitive programs in the U.S. government. Our teams design, develop, and deploy Next Generation analysis solutions that strengthen national security and enable decisive operations across the Intelligence Community. We are seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA2) who thrive in complex data environments, are driven by curiosity, and are ready to tackle some of the most challenging analytical missions in the federal space. In this role, you will apply deep analytical expertise—alongside cutting-edge tools and tradecraft—to help uncover insights that directly support high-impact intelligence objectives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • 9 years of relevant experience with no degree
  • 7 years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Relevant experience includes cyber intelligence analysis, digital network analysis, SIGINT analysis, target development, metadata analysis, social network analysis, and/or experience with IC analytic tools and databases.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience producing intelligence through updating, enriching, and maintaining mission databases.
  • Strong skills in metadata analysis and target research.
  • Ability to identify and characterize communications within global networks.
  • Experience documenting tradecraft, analytical findings, and research.
  • Ability to train others—formally or informally—using OJT, written guides, videos, or classroom instruction.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse analytic disciplines and adhere to oversight/compliance requirements.
  • Foreign language proficiency and valid DLPT scores may count toward relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze SIGINT, cyber, and open-source data to generate leads and develop a comprehensive understanding of target networks and activities.
  • Maintain target continuity, identify emerging behaviors, and develop new methods to uncover deeper intelligence.
  • Manage, update, and quality-check mission-relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend adjustments to current or future collection.
  • Perform pattern analysis of communications, network behavior, and digital footprints.
  • Apply knowledge of IC missions, policies, and operational needs to ensure high-value, mission-relevant results.
  • Collaborate closely with government, contractor, and military partners to align analysis with operational priorities.
  • Form hypotheses, evaluate analytic techniques, and synthesize data to produce actionable insights.
  • Document findings clearly and share tradecraft innovations with teammates and stakeholders.
