About The Position

Chiron Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst IV for a career opportunity in the Ft Meade, MD area. This role involves conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensuring target continuity, profiling targets and their activities, and developing techniques to gather additional target information. The analyst will maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets, and identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection. The position requires applying multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints, along with an understanding of IC needs and missions, and the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience (no degree)
• AA Degree plus 13 years of experience
• B.A. Degree plus 11 years of experience
• Master's Degree plus 9 years of experience
• PhD plus 7 years of experience
• Relevant certs / training would include (but not limited to): Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course

Nice To Haves

• Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred
