About The Position
This role focuses on advanced target development and analysis in support of intelligence operations. The position requires expertise in social network and metadata analysis, global network mapping, trend and spatial analysis, and the fusion of collateral and SIGINT data. The analyst will ensure all activities comply with legal, policy, and customer reporting requirements while supporting mission objectives through collaboration with internal & external stakeholders and foreign partners.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a Target Analyst Reporter within the last 10 years
- 5 years of SIGINT operations experience within the last 10 years
- 3 years of networking operations/support experience within the last 10 years
- TS/SCI level clearance required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with or transitioning incumbent resources
- Familiarity with environments involving NSA/CSS engagement
- Background similar to the incumbent resource mentioned by the client (e.g., Scott Clark from Huntington Ingalls)
Responsibilities
- Conduct target development using social network analysis, metadata analysis, and global network mapping
- Perform collection, tasking, and targeting reviews to refine intelligence efforts
- Execute trend analysis and spatial pattern assessments to identify key insights
- Fuse collateral information with SIGINT to produce actionable intelligence
- Evaluate legal and policy constraints associated with targeting activities
- Prepare reports and contribute to mission documentation
- Enhance database holdings through enrichment and strategic query development
