About The Position

Chiron Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter II in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. This role involves performing in-depth research and analysis on specific targets to gather intelligence and support mission objectives. The successful candidate will compile findings into comprehensive reports, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations. This position requires close collaboration with other analysts, intelligence professionals, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated intelligence efforts. Advanced analytical tools and techniques will be employed to enhance data interpretation and support intelligence operations. Findings and assessments will be presented to senior officials and stakeholders. Handling classified and sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and security is paramount, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role also provides intelligence support for operational planning and decision-making through timely and accurate assessments.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 year of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to a mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Nice To Haves

Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth research and analysis on specific targets to gather intelligence and support mission objectives
Compile findings into comprehensive and clear reports that summarize insights, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations
Work closely with other analysts, intelligence professionals, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated and effective intelligence efforts
Employ advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance data interpretation and support intelligence operations
Present analytical findings and intelligence assessments to senior officials and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Handle classified and sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and security, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Provide intelligence support for operational planning and decision-making by delivering timely and accurate assessments
