About The Position

Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Management Analyst to join our team supporting the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) that are part of commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The TARCES contract is managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship
Active Secret/clearance is required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Or Associate degree in business or a related field with 4+ years of related experience Or High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Design and refine systems, procedures, and workflows, including work simplification and measurement studies.
Develop and maintain operations and procedures manuals to support management decision-making.
Track program and project status, schedules, and performance milestones.
Apply established policies and procedures to support financial planning and reporting activities.
