About The Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking an experienced TAP teacher for Classic Image Dance in Chandler, AZ. This position involves instructing children in tap techniques across various skill levels, implementing lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dance, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, punctuality, enthusiasm, friendliness, patience, and leadership. This role is for Wednesday evenings starting in June.

Requirements

Experienced TAP teacher
Ability to deliver engaging, in-person lessons
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependability, professionalism, punctuality, enthusiasm, friendliness, patience, and leadership.
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a routine background check

Nice To Haves

Energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the art of teaching dance.
Strong background in tap.
Previous experience teaching tap to upper levels.
Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus)
