About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- MUST be able to pass a US Government background check
Nice To Haves
- CBAP or IIBA-CCBA. Certified ScrumMaster preferred
- Military transition, Airman and Family Readiness Center, or military HR background preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with the customer to pin down business rules they have not written down yet, including how a member gets assigned to a preparedness tier and what their self assessment should ask.
- Run backlog grooming and priority conversations with government stakeholders.
- Validate each increment against the requirements.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and government demonstrations.
- Owns the requirements and is the main day to day contact with the government customer.
- Takes Transition Assistance Program policy and the customer's own business process and turns it into something the team can build.
- Confirms that what we deliver each increment is what was actually asked for.
