About The Position

The Tank Washer employee is a fundamental part of the Piping Rock production team. In this role, you are responsible for washing and drying the tanks, as well as keeping the Wash Room organized. This is a 3rd Shift position, Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.

Requirements

  • 0-6 months previous work experience
  • High school diploma
  • Must speak and write English
  • Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job training
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours
  • Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment
  • Must be able to successfully clear drug screening processes, which include testing for all illegal substances per Federal Guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Transport the dirty medicine and gelatin tanks in the wash room.
  • Clean the tanks with pressurized hot water, brush, and required soap.
  • Dry the tanks with compressed air and sanitize with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.
  • Clean the small equipment with pressurized hot water, small scrubber, and required soap.
  • Dry the small equipment with compressed air and sanitize with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.
  • Clean the utensils with warm water, small scrubber, and required soap.
  • Dry the utensils with compressed air or let them air dry and sanitize with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.
  • Keep the wash room clean and organized.
  • Sign and complete all production logbooks as required.
  • Perform all job duties in accordance with GMP, SOP, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
