About The Position

Agra Liners is seeking a dependable, hard-working individual to join our field crew. We specialize in industrial tank cleaning and the installation of custom flexible liners for fertilizer, water, and industrial storage tanks throughout the United States. This is a hands-on position that requires travel, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. No prior experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to safely operate a pickup truck while towing a trailer.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to travel overnight for projects.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when required.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
• Construction, mechanical, welding, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare industrial storage tanks for liner installation.
• Install custom tank liners and related materials.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Drive company trucks and tow equipment trailers to and from job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and customer site requirements.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
