The Tank Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks related to tank and service orders. This role involves billing, invoicing, creating work orders in SAP, updating Salesforce, and communicating ETAs to sales representatives and customers. The administrator will also manage a group email inbox, document driver and technician efficiencies, and provide information to and from drivers, supervisors, and customers. Key duties include addressing customer inquiries, problems, scheduling, and requests for service or equipment, as well as data entry and handling a high volume of phone calls. The position requires providing excellent customer service to customers, sales reps, and vendors, including answering questions about products, services, warranties, and pricing.
