Provide case management services to clients approved for the Colorado Works Program and Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) benefits according to State and County regulations. Communicate the purpose and expectations of the Colorado Works Program, aka Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), to individuals approved for assistance. Conduct assessments on Colorado Works clients to identify job readiness, strengths and barriers and develop an Individualized Plan (IP) to work toward self-sufficiency. Determine initial and continuing eligibility for CCCAP. Determine eligibility for the County’s General Assistance Program. This role has multiple levels (Level I, II, III) with increasing responsibilities and experience requirements.
