Tampa Sales College Shadow Day
About The Position
BBI Logistics is hosting an unpaid career-exploration event called the Tampa Sales College Shadow Day. This event is designed for college freshmen, juniors, and seniors who are interested in exploring careers in transportation, logistics, and B2B sales. Participants will gain an inside look at BBI's fast-paced, collaborative environment and learn about building a career in the logistics industry. The experience includes an info session about BBI Logistics, its culture, and career opportunities; an office tour; job shadowing with Logistics Coordinators and Sales Representatives to observe their daily tasks and customer/carrier interactions; and a Q&A and networking session with BBI team members to discuss career paths and student/graduate opportunities. This is an opportunity to experience the industry firsthand, meet the team, and determine if a career in logistics and sales is a good fit.

Responsibilities
- Participate in an info session about BBI Logistics, culture, and career opportunities.
- Take an office tour to observe a typical day.
- Shadow Logistics Coordinators and Sales Representatives to learn about their day-to-day responsibilities, customer and carrier interactions, and the fast-paced nature of the business.
- Engage in Q&A and networking with BBI team members to discuss career paths and opportunities.
