About The Position

Role Overview: If you are technically savvy and looking for an opportunity to showcase your data management and reporting skills, then we would like to meet with you! This role will be responsible for the technical administration and oversight of our Talent systems and technology platforms – inclusive of the learning management system, 360 Assessment platform, Performance Management database, staffing and talent acquisition systems. The Talent Technical Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of these systems, provide technical support and troubleshoot as needed. Additionally, this role will work to optimize the use of these tools, developing and implementing processes (including reporting, dashboards, system data integration) to enhance the user experience, improve data integrity, and support the organization's talent initiatives. The role will partner with the Talent team in support of operational execution of ongoing initiatives. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience, in a professional services firm preferred
  • The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functions.
  • The mindset to provide superior service.
  • Knowledge of MS Office required; advanced capabilities in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to commute to our office in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC, to comply with our hybrid work policy of 2-3 days per week in office.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Human Capital Management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Talent technology including the applicant tracking system, learning management system, performance management system and staffing management tool by pulling data, building reports, and updating configurations.
  • Interpret data, manage system upgrades and deliver information as needed.
  • Support the Performance Management System including good documentation practices, initiating review requests, monitoring status of reviews and completion rates, quality assurance, data integration and tracking, creating data visuals for review cycles.
  • Investigate and resolve any data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies.
  • Assist in identifying new additional technology solutions and manages upgrades to current systems as needed.
  • Develop materials for users and administrators to enable accurate and efficient use of the systems.
