Role Overview: If you are technically savvy and looking for an opportunity to showcase your data management and reporting skills, then we would like to meet with you! This role will be responsible for the technical administration and oversight of our Talent systems and technology platforms – inclusive of the learning management system, 360 Assessment platform, Performance Management database, staffing and talent acquisition systems. The Talent Technical Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of these systems, provide technical support and troubleshoot as needed. Additionally, this role will work to optimize the use of these tools, developing and implementing processes (including reporting, dashboards, system data integration) to enhance the user experience, improve data integrity, and support the organization's talent initiatives. The role will partner with the Talent team in support of operational execution of ongoing initiatives.
