About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Systems & Operations is responsible for managing and improving the systems, processes, and workflows that support hiring across KIPP NorCal. This role supports access to clear, reliable hiring data which enables the Talent Acquisition Team to monitor progress, communicate updates, and make informed decisions. This role ensures that Talent systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and existing tools (e.g., Google Sheets), are structured, reliable, and easy to use for day-to-day hiring operations. The Manager will lead efforts to reduce manual processes, improve data quality, and support the transition from spreadsheets to more sustainable system-based workflows.
