We’re hiring a builder, a visionary, a storyteller, and doer. You’ll partner with peers across Talent Strategy to design scalable recruiting operations while launching programs that activate employees as brand ambassadors, fuel referrals, and strengthen our talent pipeline. This position sits within our Talent Strategy team reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will work on-site at UDR headquarters located in Highlands Ranch, CO, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule. This role is designed to elevate recruiting from a transactional process into a strategic, brand-driven function. It will lead the evolution of candidate and new-hire experiences by aligning operational excellence with employer branding and scalable onboarding programs. From initial outreach through Day One, this position ensures every touchpoint reflects our values, our culture, and our commitment to excellence.
