About The Position

The Talent Strategy Coordinator is responsible for Orlando Health’s Talent Strategy team’s activities, which includes but is not limited to coordination of team efforts, support of consultants in ongoing facilitation, delivery of content, and additional event support. The Coordinator may also present/develop training information that is of a standard or routine nature, and assists in preparing and updating curriculum.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in Human Resources or an administrative support role required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) required.
  • High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to manage and enhance relationships. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding of enterprise software, particularly HRIS and other talent development technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assigned aspects of learning events including internal planning meetings, training workshops, webinars, and web-based training for activities such as logistics, compiling data, maintaining schedules, ensuring individuals are registered, distributing materials, and notifying registrants of critical information pertaining to the event.
  • Coordinates the delivery of training topics and ensures that attendees are properly scheduled to attend. Ensures effective flow of presentations during training sessions, as needed.
  • Coordinates the scheduling of Orlando Health personnel for required training programs. Maintains training records on team member attendance.
  • Assist in gathering necessary information to ensure the facility’s compliance requirements.
  • Provides project and analytical support to internal customers, juggling multiple projects at different stages of completion and managing conflicting priorities. Includes planning recurring education sessions, preparing training materials, and providing learning management system support.
  • Coordinates administrative and planning logistics for leadership programs.
  • Tracks professional development trainings attended so evaluations can be applied.
  • Collects feedback and shares professional development needs from OH staff and stakeholders.
  • Partners across organization to enhance a healthy team member lifecycle, as it relates to orientation, onboarding, engagement, and succession.
  • Supports the initiatives of the Talent Systems team by managing, coordinating, and prioritizing requests for the Learning Management System.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of data collection systems to generate corporate reports.
  • Researches, analyzes, modifies, and tracks current talent processes.
  • Stays informed of emerging online learning trends, developments, and technologies.
  • Designs, configures, tests, and debugs training documentation and applications.
  • Assists with maintenance/updating of talent programs and interfaces for talent applications.
  • Assists with development of end user training for software applications, including classroom instruction software and job aids.
  • Designs tools and resources to communicate and promote learning and talent offerings.
  • Participates in the development of actions plans and process improvement projects.
  • Adheres to department standards for methodologies, Quality Assurance, and security.
  • Maintains records; provides cumulative data and reports as requested; participates in regulatory surveys as required.
