The company is growing rapidly and seeks a highly operational and analytical Total Rewards leader to build and scale its compensation, equity, and rewards infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone experienced in high-growth environments who enjoys building programs from the ground up. The individual will collaborate with People, Finance, Recruiting, and leadership to ensure programs are equitable, scalable, data-driven, and operationally sound. This position is part of the People Data and Systems function and is critical for Solace's growth.
