About The Position

As a Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract and contract-to-full-time hiring. This includes devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating and managing telephone, video, and in-office interviews, and writing MPCs. You will conduct all interviews, set up and evaluate assessments, and offer coaching and feedback to candidates. Additionally, you will solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations, face-to-face events, meetings, and online networking. You will strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals and provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates. Managing candidate relationships to maintain satisfaction and locating/tracking candidates working for the competition are also key responsibilities. Maintaining the accuracy of applications through inputting necessary criteria into the internal applicant tracking system is required.

Requirements

  • Legal skills
  • 0+ years of experience – non managerial
  • College/University degrees not required
  • Working knowledge of legal functions and software such as Microsoft Office products
