About The Position

As a Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract and contract-to-full-time hiring, including devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating interviews, and writing MPCs. You will conduct all interviews, set up and evaluate assessments, and offer coaching and feedback to candidates. Additionally, you will solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations, events, and online networking. You will strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals, provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, and manage candidate relationships to maintain satisfaction. A key responsibility includes locating and tracking candidates working for the competition and maintaining the accuracy of applications by inputting necessary criteria into the internal applicant tracking system.

Requirements

Finance and accounting skills.
0+ years of experience – non managerial.
Working knowledge of finance, accounting or banking functions and software such as Microsoft Office products.
