The Talent Sourcing Specialist will execute and manage the Maison’s talent attraction strategy, with a focus on developing an end to end sourcing approach. This role involves building robust talent pipelines, conducting thorough market mapping, and cultivating talent communities to meet both current and future talent needs. In this role, you will work with recruitment platforms, leveraging social channels and technology to create efficient and best-in-class stakeholder experience. You will act as an advisor, using market analysis and industry research to inform sourcing strategies that enable future capability building and influence stakeholders to act proactively regarding their current/future talent mix and talent market availability. This role will be based at our corporate office in NYC and will report to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition for Van Cleef & Arpels.
