About the role Assist the recruiting team in searching for and identifying and attracting qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques and tactics leveraging social networks, niche platforms and other avenues. Create interest and drive talent to the company and engage potential candidates, working to build a positive image of the brand. How does this role make an impact? Proactively builds the talent pipeline by actively sourcing passive and active candidates through various social networks and sourcing platforms. Helps achieve strategic workforce planning goals by driving interest and awareness of the organization and career opportunities and executing effective sourcing strategies to deliver top talent. Partners with recruiting team to understand requirements for the position, identifies top talent through sourcing, conducts initial screening conversations, assesses core competencies and assists in managing the candidates through the full life cycle recruiting process. Continues to provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and a positive impression of the brand. Do you have what we're looking for?

Requirements

  • Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience in in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source passive and active candidates using social networks, niche platforms, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong skills in market research, talent mapping, and data analysis to support workforce planning and build targeted talent pipelines.
  • Proven experience conducting initial candidate screens, assessing core competencies, and partnering closely with recruiters/hiring leaders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and brand‑ambassador skills to deliver a strong candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
