Job Description Talent Sourcing Specialist will assist with the daily functions of the Talent Acquisition/HR department including administrative tasks, data entry and scheduling, candidate communication support, updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS), candidate outreach (sourcing), and conducting interviews for diverse positions. What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities): Responsible for candidate sourcing and applicant screening as well as building a talent funnel and candidate engagement for open positions with our client companies. Reviews online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates. Crafts and sends recruiting emails. Crafting offer letters. Recruits and screens candidates for current and future positions. Develops, tests, and tracks recruitment strategies to create an effective sourcing plan for top talent. Engages and activates passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs. Communicates frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the needs of the hiring authorities/clients. Perform research and sourcing duties as it pertains to assigned searches and/or new business development.
