Job Description Talent Sourcing Specialist will assist with the daily functions of the Talent Acquisition/HR department including administrative tasks, data entry and scheduling, candidate communication support, updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS), candidate outreach (sourcing), and conducting interviews for diverse positions. What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities): Responsible for candidate sourcing and applicant screening as well as building a talent funnel and candidate engagement for open positions with our client companies. Reviews online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates. Crafts and sends recruiting emails. Crafting offer letters. Recruits and screens candidates for current and future positions. Develops, tests, and tracks recruitment strategies to create an effective sourcing plan for top talent. Engages and activates passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs. Communicates frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the needs of the hiring authorities/clients. Perform research and sourcing duties as it pertains to assigned searches and/or new business development. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 0-2 years of experience recruiting for diverse roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience providing candidate sourcing support in multi-location, multi-state organizations required.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail, organizing and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Experience conducting candidate interviews.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to escalate them to Sr. teammates when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ATS
  • Paycom familiarity is a huge plus
