About The Position

As a Talent Sourcer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future workforce of our organization by identifying, engaging, and attracting top healthcare talent. Working closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and key stakeholders, you'll develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong candidate relationships, and connect talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to influence hiring outcomes, strengthen our employer brand, and create talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational growth. This is a hybrid position. Candidates must reside within the Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area to support occasional onsite meetings, events, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRIS.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Familiar with general operations of Human Resources including legal, Federal, and state laws & regulations.
  • Computer literate in an email application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.
  • Two years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing directed role.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for priority and evergreen positions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand and address talent needs.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, social media, events, and online recruiting tools.
  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for assigned schools.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and recruiting events.
  • Deliver presentations to students, faculty, and community groups to promote career opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and school administrators.
  • Accurately track candidate activity and pipeline data within ATS and CRM systems.
  • Leverage recruiting technologies, including Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, and CareerBuilder, to source and manage talent.
  • Monitor sourcing results and continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
