About The Position
Alliance Health System is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and relationship-driven Talent Sourcer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, onsite role based at their headquarters in Matawan, New Jersey, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is not a traditional talent sourcing role; it requires someone who thrives on connecting with people, thinks creatively, and enjoys finding great talent in unconventional places. The Talent Sourcer will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for clinical and operational teams before the recruiting process begins. As a front-line representative of the talent acquisition strategy, the Sourcer will embody the Alliance brand, create exceptional first impressions for candidates, and serve as an ambassador for the company's unique culture. Close collaboration with recruiters to understand internal priorities and demands is essential. Requirements
- Recent college graduate OR 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, customer service, or a related field
- 4-year college degree in HR or a similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and confidence speaking with people
- Creative thinker who enjoys problem solving and trying new ideas
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media platforms, and technology tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Coachable and eager to grow within recruiting and talent acquisition
- Passion for building relationships and helping organizations grow through great people
Nice To Haves
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing tools
- Background in recruiting, staffing, sales, hospitality, marketing, or call center environments
- Experience creating social media or digital outreach campaigns
- Knowledge of healthcare recruiting or medical office environments
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, networking, schools, events, and creative sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by identifying, engaging, and nurturing both active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and seamlessly transition qualified, engaged candidates into the recruiting process
- Represent Alliance Health Systems as a brand ambassador by promoting our culture, mission, and career opportunities in the community and across online platforms
- Develop innovative sourcing and outreach strategies to generate recruiting leads and attract top talent in competitive markets
- Support recruiting marketing efforts including social media campaigns, hiring events, career fairs, and community partnerships
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional communication, timely follow-up, and strong relationship management from first outreach through interview coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and sourcing activity while helping improve recruiting processes and pipeline effectiveness
