Requirements

10+ years of experience in talent booking, hosting, interviewing, or programming across media, live events, or branded content.
Proven network with access to senior executives, cultural leaders, and industry influencers.
Exceptional live interviewing and moderation skills, with strong editorial judgment.
Comfort engaging high-profile and C-suite talent in both live and filmed settings.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines.
Polished, credible on-camera and onstage presence aligned with a premium media brand.

Responsibilities

Source and cultivate relationships with creators, executives, cultural leaders, and category experts, with a focus on C-suite and high-profile talent.
Lead outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal-making in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Host and moderate onstage and on-camera conversations, delivering thoughtful, well-paced discussions aligned with audience and brand objectives.
Prepare detailed briefs, interview questions, and run-of-show materials to ensure seamless execution.
Manage logistics including scheduling, talent prep, approvals, and coordination across teams.
Uphold the premium editorial standards, authority, and professionalism associated with WSJ.
