Responsibilities
- Empowered by AI for deep research and sourcing
- Coordinating bookings for conferences, interviews, meetings, and follow-ups
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to keep projects and data organized
- Providing candidate and client support
- Utilizing AI and new tools for process improvement and working smarter
- Conducting market and lead research to understand relevant talent, companies, and opportunities
