About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to lead and manage projects related to the implementation, integration, and optimization of Talent systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration methodologies, with the ability to ensure successful project delivery while meeting business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects
• 5 to 7 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects, from planning and delivery to deployment, ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross-functional project plan, and actively manage project timelines.
• Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.
• Perform Project Financial Management – Develops overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures budget constraints.
• Foster strong communication across the project among stakeholders, team members, and leadership, providing regular communication of project status, updates, and progress, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures.
• Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.
