About The Position

The Talent Programs & Performance Partner supports the successful execution of OUTFRONT’s Talent Management initiatives by coordinating day-to-day operations across performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, learning operations, workforce analytics, and leadership enablement. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Operations & Performance Enablement, this role partners with HR Business Partners, People Operations, HRIS, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure talent programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with a strong employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating scalable talent processes that help employees and leaders succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Operations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise talent programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Experience with Workday, Betterworks, LMS platforms, Qualtrics, Power BI, or similar HR technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting accuracy, audit practices, and the importance of maintaining confidential employee information.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, manager check-ins, and employee communications.
  • Prepare timelines, communications, guides, FAQs, and manager resources for performance management.
  • Monitor program participation and follow up with business stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Support BetterWorks administration, reporting, testing, and continuous improvements.
  • Track performance metrics and identify adoption trends.
  • Support administration of the employee engagement survey process.
  • Prepare survey reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with engagement action planning.
  • Monitor progress against engagement commitments.
  • Develop communication materials and leader toolkits that support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate talent review meetings and calibration sessions.
  • Prepare talent profiles, presentation materials, and organizational data.
  • Document key discussion themes and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain succession planning records and development tracking.
  • Assist with high-potential talent identification and reporting.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, learner records, reporting, and audience management.
  • Coordinate learning logistics, communications, enrollment, and program evaluations.
  • Support the development of digital learning resources, job aids, microlearning modules, and manager toolkits.
  • Monitor learning participation and completion of metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.
  • Analyze workforce data related to engagement, performance, learning, and talent development.
  • Prepare executive-ready reports for Talent Management leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity across talent systems and reporting.
  • Conduct regular data audits, reconcile discrepancies, and partner with HRIS and stakeholders to resolve data quality issues across talent, performance, learning, and engagement systems.
  • Maintain project plans, implementation timelines, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and action items across talent initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and standardized processes.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for talent technology platforms and learning vendors.
  • Support system testing, enhancements, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with HRIS to maintain data quality and platform effectiveness.
  • Support data governance practices by validating system inputs, maintaining clean reporting fields, documenting data definitions, and ensuring consistent use of talent data across platforms.
  • Recommend process improvements that simplify talent programs and enhance the employee experience.
  • Research best practices in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Enablement.
  • Support implementation of new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.
