About The Position

We are building a talent pool for various roles within our Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Services. This single application process allows us to quickly fill current and upcoming positions across multiple service areas, including ACTT, Community Support Team (CST), Intensive In-Home Services (IIH), Personal Care Services, Tailored Care Management, and Administrative Teams. We recruit across all experience levels, from entry-level support roles to licensed clinical positions. Requirements

  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs
  • Ability to work in structured, often high-need community environments
  • Communication and documentation skills appropriate to care coordination and clinical support
  • Collaboration across clinical, family, and administrative teams
  • Commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centered care
  • High school diploma or equivalent for entry-level support roles
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in human services, psychology, or related fields for behavioral health support roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field for professional roles
  • Active state licensure where required (e.g. LCSW, LCMHC, LPC, LMFT) for licensed clinical roles
  • Lived experience in recovery (especially for peer support roles)
  • Direct experience in mental health or substance use services
  • Trauma-informed, person-centered approaches
  • Certifications may include CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention training, or other state-specific behavioral health requirements depending on role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive, multidisciplinary community treatment for individuals with severe and persistent mental health needs (ACTT).
  • Offer high-frequency outreach, crisis response, and long-term stabilization support (ACTT).
  • Deliver community-based mental health support focused on recovery, independence, and ongoing engagement (CST).
  • Provide structured support for individuals stepping down from higher intensity services or needing preventative intervention (CST).
  • Offer family-focused, in-home therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and caregivers (IIH).
  • Support aimed at reducing risk of out-of-home placement and improving family functioning (IIH).
  • Provide daily living support (ADLs) for individuals with mental health, disability, or substance use recovery needs (Personal Care Services).
  • Assist with routines, safety, and maintaining independence (Personal Care Services).
  • Offer care coordination for individuals with complex behavioral health and social needs (Tailored Care Management).
  • Connect clients to clinical services, housing, benefits, and community resources (Tailored Care Management).
  • Provide intake, scheduling, documentation, and coordination support (Administrative Teams).
  • Ensure continuity between clinical teams, clients, and external partners (Administrative Teams).
