We’re looking for a detail-oriented, execution-driven Talent Planning & Succession Consultant to support AT&T’s enterprise talent planning process. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver consistent, high-quality talent planning cycles, including calibration sessions, talent assessments, and data readiness. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and enjoys turning complex processes into scalable, repeatable solutions.
