As a Talent Performance Coaching Specialist Senior within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Birmingham, AL. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Responsibilities

  • Administers an organization's employee relations programs and ensures they are in line with goals and strategies.
  • Designing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
  • Providing support, in line with organizational policies and labor law legislation, to employee relations managers on dealing with relevant issues.
  • Researching and analyzing data pertaining to human resources and recommending program goals in all areas of employee relations.
  • Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations.
