This Position reports to: US Talent Acquisition Team Lead Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business The work model for the role is: hybrid/onsite This role is contributing to the US Talent Acquisition team in support of the US Motion divisions based out of the New Berlin, WI office. This includes but is not limited to the High Power, Services, Traction and Drive Products business lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at 5 years’ professional HR experience in a high performing global organization, or an RPO (or similar) company.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close.
  • Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
  • Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends within the HUB.
  • Strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects.
  • Knowledge of different recruitment platforms and experience leveraging the tools to source candidates as well as manage relationships.
  • Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing End-to-End talent acquisition processes for the assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to the business hiring managers.
  • Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and solve current issues in the candidates’ pipeline, candidates’ experience, that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in functional specialty.
  • Using and updating relevant recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding systems in support of the talent acquisition function.
  • Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.
