TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER Conduct and coordinate recruiting and selection activities including screening applicants, presenting qualified candidate to Hiring Managers, negotiating, preparing and extending offers; guiding candidates through the pre-boarding and onboarding process Source qualified candidates via databases, job boards, professional networks, and social media Develop a pipeline of qualified talent Develop effective sourcing and recruiting plans while partnering with Hiring managers during intake sessions and regular update sessions Ensure recruiting practices are in compliance with state and federal regulations Support the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals of the organization Use appropriate interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with clients Review and recommend process improvements to ensure the recruiting process is efficient, and proactively meets the needs of the business Assist with the development of annual Talent Acquisition plans Develop relationships with community organizations, professional associations, trade schools and broader business community to drive candidate pipeline and employment brand Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting events Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Leverage data to assess outcomes and influence ongoing recruitment strategies Participate in the execution of the organization’s diversity recruitment strategy Provide Talent Acquisition and hiring consultation to Hiring Managers Maintain knowledge of industry workforce trends and how they impact the business Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Report TA analytics to Clients Other duties as assigned Methodist Health System is a faith-based organization with a mission to improve and save lives through compassionate, quality healthcare.
