The Role We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Zeta’s rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across multiple roles. You will partner with the greater Talent Acquisition and Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting projects as needed. This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or staffing agency setting
  • 1+ years of experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse
  • Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
