As Talent Outreach Manager, you’ll own our global internship program from start to finish and run the point on recruitment events. You are the face of KnowBe4 at universities and conferences, ensuring we are the top choice for new talent. We need someone upbeat, who loves public speaking, handles event logistics like a pro, and knows how to build a brand that people want to join.

Requirements

  • High Energy: You’re comfortable walking up to strangers at events and can command a room during a presentation.
  • Proven Track Record: You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in recruitment, events, or high-touch customer service.
  • Logistics Pro: You can manage dozens of moving parts; travel, schedules, and budgets without breaking a sweat.
  • Relationship Driven: You know how to build trust quickly with hiring managers, partners, and candidates.
  • Tech Savvy: You understand modern sourcing tools (like Handshake) and stay on top of recruitment trends.
  • Availability for Travel: You are ready to travel domestically and internationally to our global offices, while also attending local evening or weekend events.

Responsibilities

  • Run the Internship Program: Own the full intern lifecycle; from hiring and onboarding to manager syncs and professional development.
  • Execute Global Events: Manage the recruitment calendar, scout venues, handle travel, and run on-site logistics for career fairs and hackathons.
  • Build Partnerships: Grow our network with universities and community partners to keep our talent pipeline full.
  • Drive Brand Awareness: Host office tours and work with the brand team to create social content (videos, blogs) that shows off our culture.
  • Master the Platforms: Manage our Handshake profile, job postings, and candidate messaging to keep students engaged.
  • Track the Numbers: Audit swag inventory and monitor metrics like intern-to-full-time conversion rates to see what’s working.
