As a Talent Outreach Specialist within PNC's Talent Acquisition and Outreach organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH Job duties include, but are not limited to; Identify and engage professionals at events, conferences, meetups, and community activities. Conduct outbound sourcing and relationship cultivation to drive interest in future opportunities. Establish partnerships with local organizations, nonprofits, community groups, and professional associations. Coordinate, plan, and execute outreach events such as meet‑and‑greets, networking sessions, or community recruiting activities. Manage follow-up processes after events, including returning materials, closing out event tasks, and ensuring vendors are paid. Attend community or professional events that may occur after normal business hours. Periodic travel required (e.g., participation in organizations like the National Society of Sales Professionals or similar groups). Job Description Executes recruiting and talent outreach events, initiatives and programs within assigned talent segments and businesses, aligned with business objectives and talent priorities. Supports business leaders, and recruiting partners in fulfilling objectives to attract, hire and retain underrepresented talent at all levels. This may include all activities of the recruiting cycle (sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc.) as assigned. Identifies, develops and manages the relationships with internal and external partners/organizations that expand PNC's outreach into new communities of talent, develop the future workforce, increase access to underrepresented talent pools and the advance the recognition of PNC's employment brand and employer value proposition. Responsible for organization, planning and execution of key talent outreach events and programs. Serves as primary liaison for prospective candidates in partnership with recruiting and sourcing teams. Uses various technologies to manage talent pipelines. Uses metrics and analytics to demonstrate effectiveness of programs, partnerships and outreach initiatives. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
