About The Position

As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will strengthen Riverside’s talent infrastructure by managing core systems and driving operational excellence across recruiting and talent programs. Your work ensures our teams have the clarity, tools, and processes needed to grow the potential in every student and educator. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and business leaders to ensure compliance, clarity, and operational excellence, reporting directly to the Head of Talent & Culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, project management of talent initiatives, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ATS, Performance & Compensation Tools.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI tools, with demonstrated ability or interest in leveraging them to improve talent processes and efficiency.
  • Training facilitation and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and BI skills for dashboard creation.
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in process automation and data visualization.
  • Background in HR operations or talent programs.
  • Familiarity with compensation compliance and recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the expert and gatekeeper for ATS, performance management tools, and compensation tools; deliver training and maintain SOPs.
  • Project manage talent initiatives such as scorecard processes, hiring dashboards, and development programs.
  • Lead the logistics and coordination of opening roles, ensuring timely ATS setup and salary compliance.
  • Administer annual scorecard process with proactive tracking and manager support.
  • Build dashboards and design automations to reduce manual work and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics for talent development programs and ensure all materials meet Riverside brand standards.
  • Play a key role in shaping Riverside’s talent technology strategy by exploring and implementing emerging tools, including Generative AI solutions, to drive efficiency and innovation across talent operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
