About The Position

Legora is seeking a Program Manager, Candidate & Interviewer Experience to establish and manage the coordination, interview, and program aspects of hiring at Legora. This role is crucial as there is no existing Coordination function, requiring the successful candidate to define it from the ground up and potentially grow a team. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations. Given Legora's rapid growth from 40 to over 900 employees in 18 months, this position will be instrumental in designing and implementing coordination workflows and interviewer programs that can sustain this pace and serve as the foundation for future hiring.

Requirements

Experience running recruiting coordination or interviewer program management at a high-growth tech scale-up.
Proven ability to manage interview scheduling and logistics across multiple regions simultaneously, with experience coordinating around several time zones as standard practice.
Experience building an interview or coordination process from inception, or significantly rebuilding an underperforming one, with demonstrable before-and-after results.
Experience rolling out a unified process across multiple offices or regions and achieving genuine buy-in and consistent execution from local hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Build the Coordination function from scratch, including interview scheduling and logistics workflows in Ashby, across global markets.
Run interviewer enablement and calibration programs to maintain consistent assessment quality across markets.
Manage employee referral and internal mobility programs, ensuring active engagement across the business.
Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, and scorecard submission consistency to evaluate the effectiveness of the coordination and interview experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers and local Talent teams to ensure smooth logistics across different time zones and markets.
Hire and manage a lean team of Coordinators as hiring volume increases, after the function's structure has been proven.
