This team plays a crucial role in talent acquisition and management, focusing on inclusive hiring practices and supporting the company's mission of empowering everyone to achieve more. <\/div> - Role Summary: As a Talent Operations Coordinator 2, you will be responsible for assisting with PCN requests, headcount data management, notes, and Employee Central and iCIMS. The role will have a tangible impact on a global organization of more than 7200 team members, supporting aggressive hiring and developing best practices for streamlined hiring logistics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in a fast -paced environment related to talent acquisition and management.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem -solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to implement and monitor complex plans and schedules.
  • Proactive identification and escalation of issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships.
  • Prioritization and independent work with a sense of urgency in response to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator role.
  • Previous experience in program management or operations.
  • Familiarity with Employee Central and iCIMS.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
  • Point of contact for net -new and backfill request/approval process.
  • Working in recruiting systems and collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators to create requisitions.
  • Ensuring data accuracy across all systems and informing appropriate contacts.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to schedule candidate screenings.
  • Tracking and reporting end -to -end hiring details.
  • Answering and solving hiring manager, candidate, and recruiter questions.
