About The Position

Axiom is looking for a talented and experienced Talent & Office Associate to support our recruiting and corporate office team. This position is remote, but the selected candidate must reside in the Maryland area. If you have awesome organization and communication skills, can re-prioritize your daily tasks when they shift and still get them done on time, love working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of assignments, then this job is for you.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Associate degree required
  • Minimum of three (3) years HR, recruiting and/or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint.
  • Professional & tactful written and verbal communication.
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to keep company and employee sensitive and confidential information.
  • Must handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Maintain a professional code of conduct with employees of the organization.
  • Must be capable of working within deadlines.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc.
  • Utilize a mix of targeted sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates with security clearances.
  • Thoroughly assess candidates' qualifications, including their skills, experiences, and security clearance levels, to determine their suitability for specific roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/technical screening committees, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and executives as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for employees and clients.
  • Manage calendars and prioritize appointments based on urgency and importance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and external parties to confirm availability and schedule appointments.
  • Monitor and manage changes to schedules, including cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, preparing documents and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Develop content and designs for communicating important information to employees and potential hires via multiple channels, such as newsletters, announcements, and social media postings.
  • Support initiatives related to increasing employee engagement, productivity, satisfaction, training and development, including company events and campaigns.
