Requirements

• Speak SQL and Spark.
• Patience to explain why a 10-year forecast built on two years of data might not go well.
• Ability to work with incomplete data and murky assumptions.
• Understand the difference between statistical significance and practical significance.
• Experience with data engineering, data science, or data platform roles.
• Comfort with concepts like 'it works on my machine' and production access requests.

Nice To Haves

• Enjoy arguing about whether correlation implies causation.
• See opportunity when someone asks 'does this data look weird?'.
• Enjoy cleaning data.
