About The Position

Ridgeview Talent Network is a way for prospective candidates to join the conversation with Ridgeview about potential faculty and staff positions. Ridgeview is currently accepting applications for faculty positions in Elementary (K–6), Literature, Mathematics, Science, History, Art, Music, Physical and Outdoor Education, Classics, Modern Languages, as well as staff and support roles. They welcome applications for all positions year-round, as openings become available throughout the year. Teachers are hired based upon their mastery of academic disciplines and ability to convey knowledge to young people. Ridgeview neither requires nor prefers candidates with a teacher certification and would rather solicit applications from individuals who have demonstrated academic mastery in a core subject such as history, mathematics, science, or literature. Teaching experience is preferred but is not essential. Written and oral communication skills, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and collegiality are essential.
