About The Position

The Talent Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide talent programs that support organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote workforce development. This role partners with HR leaders, business units, and stakeholders to drive talent initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or other business-related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in talent management, program/project management, or related HR roles.
  • Demonstrated experience launching and managing enterprise-level talent programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UKG and Learning Management Systems
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or other business-related discipline.
  • Adult learning certifications including e.g. in programs such as DiSC and Crucial Learning
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Strong functional HR process and practical acumen and technical aptitude.
  • Experience in an Organization Development (OD), Organizational Effectiveness (OE), Learning /Development (L&D) leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Create instructional design content and facilitate learning and development training sessions for both in-person and virtual environments for all levels of associates up to and including C-Suite leaders.
  • Design, launch, and manage talent development programs, including a learning management system (LMS), aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead initiatives such as leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR partners to identify and address talent gaps.
  • Facilitate communication and change management related to talent initiatives.
  • Utilize strong business acumen to analyze data and program effectiveness; use strong influencing skills to recommend improvements based on metrics.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Ensure programs comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead a team of talent management professionals and provide day-to-day operational and strategic leadership.
  • Grow and develop team members.
  • Demonstrates strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
