The Leadership & Inclusion Manager is responsible for leading, designing, implementing, and driving leadership development and inclusion strategies that strengthen organizational capability and culture. This role ensures the development of inclusive leaders, fosters a culture of belonging, and aligns leadership behaviors with business strategy and company values. The position partners closely with HRBPs, Corporate, ER, and external vendors, serves as the subject matter expert on Inclusion, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, or HR Strategy roles
  • Experience designing and implementing leadership programs
  • 2+ years of experience with inclusion, engagement, and culture initiatives
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Inclusion & Diversity expertise
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills (verbal and written)
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret people analytics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (CEBS, CCP, CBP, SHRM CP/ SCP).
  • Experience leading or supporting Cultural Changes.
  • Prior people management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, deploy and localize corporate Leadership School initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and alignment with business priorities.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to strengthen key leadership capabilities across frontline, middle management, and senior leadership.
  • Continuously assess leadership skill gaps and design targeted interventions to improve capability building.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through KPIs, engagement metrics (Leadership Index), and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, assessments, and development experiences.
  • Define local strategy to promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and belonging that enables all employees to perform at their best.
  • Create and execute inclusive practices and programs and ensure alignment with corporate values.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops, partnering with the Culture team, focused on cultural and inclusive topics, working with department leaders to integrate culture initiatives into daily operations.
  • Integrate inclusive leadership behaviors into leadership development programs and talent processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to strengthen team effectiveness, employee engagement, and workplace culture aligned with the AC Corporate Strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to support communications, amplify events, and increase Inclusive & Cultural practices, across each department.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders on fostering high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams. Coach leaders to provide direction while encouraging input from multiple perspectives.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends related to leadership effectiveness, engagement, and inclusion.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track progress on leadership and inclusion initiatives.
  • Monitor relevant organizational metrics (e.g., engagement, retention trends, promotions) to identify opportunities and inform action plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
  • Create the budget to support initiatives and keep it tracking.
  • Lead and enhance the Growing Within the Company program by expanding it to additional roles, strengthening its structure, and ensuring strong adoption and impact across the organization.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring alignment with talent reviews (TMR) and performance management processes (PMP).
  • Track completion, quality, and effectiveness of IDPs, providing visibility and insights to leadership on progress and development gaps.
  • Ensure development plans are actionable, measurable, and aligned with leadership capability frameworks and business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve leadership and inclusion strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
  • Lead special projects related to culture transformation and leadership effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across diverse teams.
