Responsible for hiring, managing, coaching and developing associates including, but not limited to Talent Consultant I, II, Talent Analyst, etc. The Enterprise Manager Development (EMD) Talent manager leads the integrated Design & Development, Enablement and Operations teams for Enterprise Manager Development (EMD), ensuring cohesive execution of enterprise manager solutions and disciplined operational delivery. The role ensures that content, systems, processes, data, and routines work together as a single ecosystem—supporting EMD program managers, enabling Academy partnership, and reinforcing EMD’s enterprise standards. This leader will ensure consistency and integration across COE, Talent, GHR, Academy, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, leadership and associates. This leader will also act as a strategic partner, working closely together on process improvements and initiatives that add value to our enterprise function and the managers and leaders we support.
