About The Position

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual for the Talent Management Internship within the Human Resources Team. This paid internship offers valuable work experience, in-depth project work with cross-functional teams, professional development, and job shadowing opportunities. The internship focuses on the implementation of two new modules of the Lyric platform: a Learning Management System (LMS) and a Talent/Succession Planning suite. The intern will own defined pieces of both projects, work directly with the Talent Management Team and HR business partners, and prepare for the organization-wide launch. This role is ideal for students interested in HR technology, learning and development, organizational change, or systems analysis, providing hands-on experience at the student level. It is best suited for students in their 3rd or 4th year pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and detail-heavy work.
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving.
  • Willingness to ask questions and flag problems early.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product Training Team in moving learning content and training records from the current Bridge platform to Lyric LMS.
  • Support the evaluation of Lyric LMS capabilities and help build the implementation plan and timeline.
  • Audit and clean up existing training content, identifying duplicates, outdated material, and gaps, and organizing remaining content.
  • Assist with migrating courses, learning paths, and participation/completion records from the current LMS to Lyric LMS.
  • Help validate migrated data and troubleshoot issues before go-live.
  • Draft communication and change management materials, including announcements, quick reference guides, FAQs, and job aids, to prepare employees for launch.
  • Support the evaluation of Lyric Talent tools and help develop the implementation approach.
  • Help translate current talent review and succession planning processes and data into the Lyric Talent framework.
  • Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation for the Lyric Talent module.
  • Build communication and change management materials to support the Lyric Talent launch, including manager-facing guidance.
